Antonin Yuji Maeno

Founder & Lead Architect

Antonin is a serial entrepreneur and radical thinker, and thrives bringing creative ideas to life. Half-Japanese and half-French, Antonin is an avid birdwatcher, speaks five languages and just try to spend five minutes with him without receiving a drawing or an origami paper crane.

Kelsea Crawford

Cofounder, CEO

Kelsea leads Cutwork’s strategic vision and fuels the studio’s growth. She’s a TEDx speaker, a Forbes 30 under 30 nominee, and is currently the French ambassador for Co-Liv. Out of the office, you’ll find her in the ceramics studio or gathered around a kitchen table.

Andrea Levorato

Head of Projects

Andrea leads the Cutwork team of architects and designers. With a background in Interior architecture and exhibition design, he has over 10 years of experience and projects in 3 continents. Off work, you will find him in the mountains, or thinking about the mountains.

Cristina Valle

Senior Architect

Cristina received her Masters in Architecture in Madrid and has worked in top-notch offices around the world including Japan, Mexico, Spain and France. She has a radical, Japanese approach and a natural sensitive instinct for architecture. She is passionate about landscape and museography.

Gwenola Plé-Boishardy

Junior designer

Gwenola is a designer specialized in user experience and spatial design. She focuses on research on user needs and behaviours. You can always spot her in the office rocking the most unique outfits and makeup!

Capucine Lebrun

Junior designer + Executive Assistant

Capu is better than Mary Kondo on organization skills, she’s a ninja of management. She’s a designer passionate about cultures and people, stories and experiences.

Juan Gutiérrez Ureña

Senior Architect & Interior Designer

Juan is an architect with out-of-the-ordinary drawing skills and a great sensitivity for space. Trained as an architect in Madrid and then pursuing a career as an interior designer in Mexico, Juan also gained international experience in countries such as Brazil and France which continues to influences his work.

Michał Mydlarczyk

Senior Architect

Michał is Cutwork’s modular architecture expert. He is also very experienced at working closely with manufacturers during the making process. He has a great sense of humor, very much acclaimed by the team.
